This session is designed to give you something that’s both effective and fast. Most of my hypnosis sessions here are pretty long.  If you think of those as being like a full trip to the doctor. This one is more like a daily vitamin you can pop in, just to reinforce and expand on the ideas from my other videos in a lot less time.

Science shows this kind of approach can work. We’re going to use a brief hypnotic induction to trigger a specific physiological reflex. Clinical research, including work from Dr. David Spiegel at Stanford, shows that short, targeted hypnosis sessions can change activity and connectivity in the brain’s executive control networks and reduce stress and pain, in some cases with effects similar to medication but without the side‑effects.

Neurons that fire together, wire together

The goal here is Hebbian [HEB-bee-un] learning—the idea that “neurons that fire together, wire together.” By repeatedly firing the neural pathways for relaxation and sexual drive at the same time, we train your system to make that state a reflex instead of a struggle. The short length is on purpose, so it’s easy to use often.

If you’re brand new to the channel, that’s fine—your nervous system can learn this quickly. You’ll get the maximum benefit, though, if you’ve already listened to my first, longer hypnosis session—the beach‑and‑numbers one most guys start with. If you’ve heard it, you’re ahead of the game; your mind already recognizes these shortcuts and can drop into that “unfettered” state more quickly. We’re not adding a bunch of new content here. We’re just reinforcing connections and states you’ve already started.

Ideally, listening to this short session frequently acts like a daily vitamin for your nervous system, steadily wearing down the habit of checking and analyzing your performance during intimacy. By providing rapid, repeated reinforcement, the audio trains your brain to quiet the overthinking mind on command—allowing your body to step out of the anxiety loop and rely entirely on its automatic erection reflex.

Your only job during this session is to put on the audio and let your mind drift through the language patterns without trying to understand or analyze the words.

  • Keep It Out of the Car: This session induces a deep state of absorbed focus, so never listen to it while driving or multitasking.
