ERECTIONMASTER REVIEW

When it comes to treating Psychological ED, I'm sure you've seen ads for a lot of sketchy looking products out there. The product I'm about to talk about is one of them.  "Mario Volpstein" was spamming the comments section of my Youtube channel for months.    I kept deleting them, but the ad copy promised "something that you can use today to instantly summon a thunderous erection that lasts for hours."   So finally I got curious enough about Mario and his thunderous Erections to check it out.

STRUCTURE

To actaully be able to buy the product, it was kind of weird, I had to go through Mario's site to another one for Blue Heron Health news.  Mario was gone and Christian Goodman came in as the creator of the actual product which is called ErectionMaster.  It's a 73 page eBook and it goes for $49.

The first five parts offer physical exercises that are designed to increase blood flow to the penis with a combination of PC muscle exercises.  That's the real cornerstone of their approach to treating psychological ED, building a strong PC muscle.  THey also have lots of hip and lower back opening exercises.  Some stuff that looks like it's from yoga, some stuff that looks like it's from the Egoscue Method and a couple are new ones to me.

Just parts 6-7 offer tools for dealing with the emotional aspects of the problem  Then the rest of the book is about skills for avoiding premature ejaculation and having better sex.

WHAT I LIKED

It's an easy straightforward read:  The author says,  "I cut the fat and keep the meat."

The guidance for building/coordinating PC muscles and loosening hips seems solid, on par with anything I've seen for this.  And that can actually can help.  The Mojo app has a whole section about this and they said that pelvic muscles that are too weak or tight can be a significant part of a lot of ED issues - 40% of guys in one study cured their ED with this kind of work. Pretty amazing.

There's some stuff in there about using breathing to relax as well - nothing revolutionary, but the exercises they give will probably work if you do them.

There's some stuff in there about talking to your partner.  It's basic, but if more guys did it, there'd be fewer guys out there struggling with the problem I bet.

The real gold here, though, is the stuff about premature ejaculation and working with a partner.  They do an excellent job of cutting to the bare bones of the Taoist techniques for managing sexual energy and orgasm described in books like The Multiorgasmic Man. The partner exercises are good, too.  DIfferent from what you get in some of the mainstream psychological ED books, but some stuff that I think would be great for a couple coming out of an ED slump.  One of them I might even give as client homework at some point.  I think it's that good.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE

Some little stuff you'd expect with a product like this - crap design/layout some questionable grammar, stuff like that.

But my real problem with it is the psychological section.  It's lame.  Almost nothing here to help a guy dealing with a psychological ED issue.

Think two positive thoughts for every negative one?

Say positive things?

Write about things you're joyful about?

Maybe some stuff good for general mental health, but nothing that I think is likely to come even close to cutting it for a guy with a real PE issue.

Conclusion

So that's it guys.  Will the ErectionMaster ebook help you actually resolve your psychological ED?  Probably not.  But there's some good stuff in here that may help you build strength on the physical side of things and get better at managing sexual energy and orgasms.  So it's not a great product, but it definitely has some good information, and if you really practice some of the physical energetic stuff, it's probably going to help with your confidence.  .

Oh, and if you're wondering 'who cares what I think?'

Great question! I'm not a doctor, psychologist . But I have been helping guys resolve ED issues with hypnotherapy and coaching for about 20 years. I've seen the really wide variety of ways guys can 'do' ED issues. So basically I've got experience with a lot of ways to get things solved.

Oh, and I'm independent.  Mario Volpstein isn't slipping me any cash for this. Any biases I have come from, again, just a lot of experience helping guys resolve their ED.
